At the appointment, Flying Smiles will change into treatment wear on arrival. We will either treat you on a portable dental chair or your sofa/chair, if preferred. We carry packed sterilised instruments which, after use, are put into a sealed box for transportation back to our sterilisation room. All is governed by Healthcare Improvement Scotland and General Dental Council standards.

Fiona cannot diagnose or give the prognosis (the likely outcome) of diseases such as decaying or broken teeth or prescribe antibiotics, painkillers or any other drug to alleviate symptoms. If Fiona refers you to a dentist, it is because she feels that it is in the interests of your health or is outside the scope of what she is allowed to do.  For more information, look at Referrals.

There is no magic chemical/toothpaste/mouthwash.  We will provide coaching on how to keep your mouth healthy, cancer-screen your soft tissues and give your mouth a healthy boost.
